Before the Treatment
We analyze your skin type and determine the right laser protocol. The area should be shaved the day before; please avoid waxing, plucking, and self-tanner in the weeks beforehand.
During the Treatment
The area is treated using protective eyewear and integrated cooling. A test pulse is used to fine-tune the energy setting before each area is treated in turn.
After the Treatment
Mild redness on the face is normal for a few hours up to a maximum of one day. Avoid sun exposure, sauna, and solarium afterward.

The upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, and neck can be treated with laser. The eyebrows themselves are not treated for safety reasons, as the distance to the eye is too small. Which areas make sense for you is determined during your free consultation.
Most people need several sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, since only hairs in the active growth phase respond to the laser energy. Because not all follicles are in this phase at the same time, several appointments are needed to catch all the hairs. Your individual treatment plan is created after the skin analysis.
The treatment leads to a long-term reduction in facial hair, not to complete, permanent hair removal. Because facial follicles are especially hormonally active, one to two touch-up sessions per year can be helpful.

Yes, shaving between appointments is explicitly allowed and even recommended. Waxing, plucking, and epilating are not allowed, as they remove the hair root, meaning the laser can no longer target it at your next session. Please arrive freshly shaved on the day of treatment.
White, gray, and very light blonde hair contains too little pigment for the laser to reliably target it. With such hair, treatment results are usually significantly weaker than with darker hair. Whether your hair contains enough pigment and whether the treatment is suitable for you is assessed during your personal consultation.
