Since founding it in 2019, Yuliya Lapygina has built Vitalité Esthetics into one of Vienna's leading beauty institutes. Her vision: a place where state-of-the-art technology, expert knowledge and attentive care come together.
What began as an idea is now an established institute in the 1st district, at Führichgasse 12: one of Vienna's top 10 beauty salons 2025 according to Kurier.at, and with 4.9 stars from more than 440 Google reviews one of the best-rated beauty institutes in the city.
As an experienced beauty expert, Yuliya now runs two institutes, Vitalité Esthetics and AFACIAL Skinbar, and specialises in device-based cosmetology and innovative skincare concepts.
The most effective methods, devices and service standards from around the world are brought together here. We only enhance what nature has already created, with an eye on what makes you unique.

Where is Vitalité Esthetics?
Our beauty institute is in Vienna’s 1st district, at Führichgasse 12, right in the city centre between the State Opera, the Albertina and Hotel Sacher. You can reach us easily by underground or tram. If you come by car, there are several car parks close by.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. The nearest car park is Garage Neuer Markt (BEST IN PARKING), just a few minutes‘ walk from Führichgasse 12. There are several more car parks in the 1st district, so your visit stays relaxed from the start.
How long has Vitalité Esthetics been around?
Yuliya Lapygina opened Vitalité Esthetics at Führichgasse 12 in 2019. Since then the institute has grown into one of Vienna’s established premium addresses for beauty treatments, named one of the top 10 beauty salons in Vienna 2025 by Kurier.at. Its success rests on continuous training, investment in the latest devices and many loyal clients.
Which treatments do you offer?
We offer treatments for face, body and skin, each tailored to your skin and your goals:
- Face: high-tech facials such as HydraFacial, JetPeel, microneedling, Morpheus8 and LaseMD. They work deeper than classic cosmetics, rebalance the skin and stimulate regeneration.
- Body: Endosphères, Icoone and WALL.E define contours, smooth cellulite and tighten the tissue.
- Laser: permanent hair removal with the InMode DiolazeXL and skin renewal with Lutronic, precise, safe and gentle on the skin.
Are your cosmetologists qualified?
Yes. Our cosmetologists are qualified and well trained in cosmetics, some also with medical expertise. On top of that they are trained regularly by the manufacturers of our devices and brands, such as HydraFacial, Lutronic, InMode and JetPeel, so every treatment follows current standards.

Which languages do you speak?
Our international team speaks German, English, Russian, Serbian, Bulgarian and Italian, so clients from abroad also feel understood and personally looked after.
Do you work with a physician?
Yes. For medical questions we work with our partner physician Dr. Sviatlana Fineder, a physician for general and family medicine. She consults at our institute at Führichgasse 12; her own practice is in the 3rd district.
